Consultations and Services
Consultation fees and treatment payments are generally non-refundable once services are rendered. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling policies for specific appointments will be communicated at booking.
If we cancel an appointment, you may reschedule or receive a refund of any prepaid amount for the cancelled appointment.
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel a membership at the end of the current billing period or immediately through your member portal, subject to the options presented at cancellation.
When you cancel at period end, you retain membership benefits through the end of the paid billing period. When you cancel immediately, access ends upon processing and future renewals stop.
Membership Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by California law or at our discretion in cases of billing error or duplicate charge.
Prorated credits or charges may apply when you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, as shown in the member portal at the time of change.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in suspension of member access while the dispute is investigated.
California Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under California consumer protection laws, including the California Automatic Renewal Law and applicable refund statutes for unlawful or unauthorized charges.
