Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to recurring membership plans offered by Nurse Amalia, including Glow Member and Concierge Glow tiers. By enrolling in a membership through our website or member portal, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code §§ 17600 et seq.), we provide the following clear and conspicuous disclosures before you are charged:

• Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You will be charged the membership fee shown at checkout on a recurring monthly basis.
• You may cancel at any time through your member portal or by contacting us using the information below.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods except as stated in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
• After purchase, you will receive confirmation that includes the renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and charge amount.
• For memberships billed monthly, we will provide renewal reminders as required by California law before each renewal charge.

Membership benefits, discounts, and priority access are described on our Services page and in your member portal. Benefits may change with reasonable notice. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.

Membership fees are processed through Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

If a payment fails, we may suspend membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

You may upgrade or downgrade your membership through the member portal. When you choose an immediate change, prorated charges or credits may apply as disclosed in the portal. When you choose a change at the next billing cycle, your current plan remains in effect until the end of the current period.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the member portal by selecting Manage plan and choosing when cancellation should take effect, or by emailing us at the address below.

California residents: cancellation must be at least as easy as signing up. Online cancellation through the member portal satisfies this requirement.
